Tim Whitman has spent his life in service, walking alongside people from all backgrounds to help them discover who they are, why they matter, and how to lead with purpose. His leadership journey spans from years in church ministry to over a decade in law enforcement, where he witnessed firsthand the quiet battles people face when searching for meaning and direction.
In 2023, while coaching athletes, Tim began using a simple but powerful phrase:
“We Get Today.”
Rooted in Proverbs 27:1—“Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring”—those words became more than a reminder. They became a mission.
Out of that conviction, Pro 27 Leadership was born:
A coaching and leadership development organization committed to helping individuals and teams discover, understand, and live with purpose through the proven framework of the S.H.A.R.P. System: Secure, Honest, Authentic, Resilient, and Purpose.
Today, Tim serves in multiple leadership roles:

- Executive Director of Safety & Security at a private K-12 school in Eastern North Carolina

- College Instructor in professional business and life skills
