Meet the Founder: Tim Whitman
Founder, Pro 27 Leadership
Tim Whitman has spent his life serving others, working alongside people from all walks of life, and helping them discover and live with purpose. His leadership journey spans from years in church ministry to over a decade in law enforcement, where he saw firsthand the internal battles people face when searching for meaning and direction.
In 2023, while coaching athletes, Tim began using the phrase "We Get Today"—a reminder rooted in Proverbs 27:1, which says, "Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring."
That phrase became more than a message—it became a mission.
Fueled by a passion to serve and empower others, Pro 27 Leadership was born. The goal: to help individuals and teams discover, understand, and live with purpose through the guiding framework of the S.H.A.R.P. System.
Tim currently serves as the Founder and C.E.O. of Pro 27 Leadership, Executive Director of Safety and Security at a private school in Eastern North Carolina, coaches high school athletics and teaches professional business and life skills at a local community college.
